Pomegranate Power Punch Golden Balsamic Vinegar

We call it "Power Punch" because it's super flavorful and pomegranates are full of powerful antioxidants! Pomegranates grow prolifically in Los Olivos and in mediterranean climates; we're so lucky to have these juicy wonders available to us! Our golden balsamic vinegar originates as a Chardonnay wine vinegar; the alcohol is cooked off in big stainless steel tanks, aged in oak for a year, then the pomegranate juice is infused. There's a recipe for our Singapore Fling cocktail or mocktail right on the bottle as well as other recipes (at least 2 recipes on EVERY fruit balsamic vinegar from our store!)
